Divorce.

You are not alone.

Divorce is a difficult process. Conley Law LLC helps men and women navigate this strenuous time, so divorce can be obtained with dignity and care. Most importantly, Conley Law LLC looks out for your best interests and takes measures to streamline the processes as much as possible without unnecessary fees and costs.

Divorce can include many complications in addition to the division of marital property, such as alimony/maintenance, child custody and support, parenting time, and future planning

If possible, mediation is often the preferred way to solve a family law dispute, and Conley Law LLC will always encourage this path. In mediation, you can work together, with a professional mediator and your respective attorneys, to come to a fair agreement without the necessity or costs of a court trial.  This gives you the power to make decisions for yourself instead of leaving it up to a judge.

If your case does need to go to trial, Conley Law LLC has over 20 years of experience in the Denver metro court systems to manage the process to prepare evidence and witnesses, to complete discovery, and ensure the judge understands your perspective.

Testimonials

“I went through a divorce and knew of Jeff from a family member. I reached out to Jeff about my case and explained everything. After getting served divorce papers, I immediately retained Jeff for services. His communication was exemplary as well as his explanation of the process. I will say he will do what you want but will provide his advice and guidance to protect you though it may be against your feelings, but keep in mind he is an objective third party with no emotional involvement and can help protect you and your interests. That is why I hired him. We did dissolve the divorce, but until then and after the fact, his professionalism was above and beyond what was expected. Jeff expressed empathy and was available to answer all and any questions via phone, text, or email. I will use him again without a doubt for any future legal matters. I would advise anyone with any family legal issues to reach out to Jeff. Our family will continue to use him for wills, power of attorney, and anything else my family will need for any future legal matters”. J.O. Denver

“Worked with Jeffrey several years ago and he was very helpful in my divorce case in Denver. Hoping to be able to work with him again soon on my custody case.” M.M., Denver

“I went to see Jeffrey for a consultation for a possible divorce. I had a very long list of questions and he made sure we went through every single one in detail until I fully understood the answers. Jeffrey was very patient, understanding, and empathetic to my situation. It is blatantly obvious to me that Jeffery has a great amount of knowledge in his field. Thank you so much, Jeffery!” S.
