Jeffrey Conley, Esq. is the founder and lead attorney at Conley Law LLC. He has over 20 years of experience and multiple professional awards.

He was born and spent his formative years in Illinois. He moved to Denver where he attended the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, graduated with honors, and passed the bar exam on the first attempt. Mr. Conley obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree. At that time, Mr. Conley obtained a license to practice law in Colorado and Illinois. On occasion, he also represents clients in the state of South Dakota.

While in law school, Mr. Conley focused on family law. He was a member of the university’s law clinic and represented low-income clients with their family law cases. He was an associate editor, a prestigious student role, of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Quarterly, and completed all of the domestic relations classes offered.  After law school, Mr. Conley worked with a small practice litigator, and then with a larger commercial litigation firm in downtown Denver.

Although Mr. Conley has been involved in several areas of law, including business law, commercial litigation, and real estate transactions, his experience and his affinity for family law and associated areas, is the reason he started his own practice. Keeping his firm small and focused, enables Jeffrey Conley, and his selected associates, to give more personal service and fair representation to his clients. This, and value-based billing, are the cornerstones of his success as a long-term and respected attorney in the Denver metro area.

James Conley, Esq. joined the firm in 2023 as an Associate after graduating from Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver and passing the Colorado bar exam. James brings experience via coursework in family law and clerkships in family law and criminal law. In January 2024, Mr. Conley joined Robinson & Henry, a prestigious regional law firm with eleven offices in Colorado and Texas. He focuses on civil litigation.

PERSONAL

Jeff Conley resides in South Metro Denver with his wife Theresa – as well as their shepherd-mix dog Ellie. His children, Lauren and James, live nearby and are recent college graduates. Much of Jeff’s free time is spent discussing world events and philosophy with his children, enjoying the MotoGP races and soccer on TV, practicing the bass guitar, and appreciating the beauty of Colorado.
